Yn dilyn sgwrs gychwynnol rhwng un o drigolion Llanfynydd a Ruth Morgan, swyddog y Clybiau Gwawr, daeth criw o ferched lleol ynghyd yn Neuadd Pantglas, Llanfynydd fis Mawrth 2013. Cafwyd trafodaeth am sefydlu’r clwb, a dyna ni! Bu rhywfaint o hyrwyddo gan gynnwys sgwrs gyda Iola Wyn ar Radio Cymru cyn cychwyn ar drefniadau'r flwyddyn gyntaf. Ychydig a wyddem y noson honno y byddai’r clwb yn mynd o nerth i nerth ac yn dal i fod yma bron i 10 mlynedd yn ddiweddarach!
