Ar ôl meddwl yn ddwys gwnaed penderfyniad ar ddechrau mis Gorffennaf i fynd ar fordaith fechan o’r enw ‘Gaelic Getaway’. Aethom i fyny i Newcastle ddiwrnod ynghynt ac aros yno mewn gwesty oedd yn edrych allan ar Angel of the North. Ar y pnawn canlynol aethom i’r porthladd a chael prawf ‘Covid’, aros yn bryderus nes cael y canlyniadau ac wedyn ymlwybro ar fwrdd y llong i ddechrau ar ein hantur. Teithio wedyn am ddiwrnod cyfan ar y môr a chyrraedd Belfast ddydd Sul. Yno cawsom drip bws o amgylch y ddinas, gan roi cyfle i ni weld yr adeiladau traddodiadol.
