I need to make rule joints on a 1½"-thick tabletop. Are there router bits that will accommodate this? Unfortunately, the rule joint router bit sets from leading manufacturers such as Amana, CMT, Freud, Infinity, Rockler and Whiteside will not accommodate stock thicknesses greater than 7/8". You may need to choose an alternate joint type for this tabletop or modify your design so the stock is 3/4" thick instead.…
