Go green with an Emerald Elixir cocktail! This shamrockin’ cocktail blends fresh mint, cucumber and fragrant basil for a vitamin-packed St. Patrick’s Day treat! Sláinte! • 2 Tbs. Absolut Citron vodka• 1 Tbs. St. Germain elderflower liqueur• 1 Tbs. lemon juice• 8 mint leaves• 1 cucumber slice, diced• 5 basil leaves• Dash of simple syrup*• Ice cubes In cocktail shaker, combine vodka, St. Germain, lemon juice, mint, cucumber, 4 basil leaves and simple syrup; with end of wooden spoon, muddle. Add ice cubes; cover and shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into glass. Garnish with remaining basil.
