We used guidelines from Dr. Kellyann’s Bone Broth Diet and tips from success stories to create this no-fuss plan for you to try. Sip broth from a mug or use Dr. Kellyann’s recipes, below, to turn broth into slimming soup. These menus skip potentially inflammatory foods like sugar, grains, beans and dairy; after 21 days, reincorporate them one at a time, and continue avoiding any that cause bloat or weight gain. As always, drink plenty of water. Black coffee/tea is also fine. Get a doctor’s okay to try this plan. It’s not intended for pregnant/nursing moms or those with certain health conditions.
