Chargrilled pointed cabbage with tomato dressing This is quite a different dish to serve as a side that can be semi-prepped in advance. I also enjoy it on its own. SERVES 4 READY IN 15 mins ✱ 1 large pointed cabbage✱ 1tbsp olive oil FOR THE DRESSING ✱ 2tsp sun-dried tomato paste✱ 2tsp white wine vinegar✱ 3tbsp olive oil✱ ½ small garlic clove, finely grated✱ A few drops of sriracha sauce 1 Measure the dressing ingredients in a small jug and season well. 2 Remove any hard outer leaves from the cabbage and lightly trim the base.
