We may like to keep our homes sparkling clean, but could we be unintentionally damaging the planet in the process? From products packaged in non-recyclable plastic bottles, which take hundreds of years to break down, to toxic chemicals being washed down sinks and flushed down toilets, damaging aquatic life, many traditional cleaning products are having a detrimental effect on the environment.
