Ice cream stack Transform shop-bought ingredients into this eye-catching dessert – complete with wow factor. Serves 6 • Prep 20 mins, plus freezing • No cook 1ltr vanilla ice cream3 mince pies, chopped150g After Eights, chopped, plus extra, broken into piecesAskeys Crackin Choc Shell, to drizzle20g pistachios and hazelnuts, toasted and choppedGlacé cherries, chopped, to decorate 1 Split the ice cream equally between 2 bowls and leave to soften slightly. 2 Fold 2 of the chopped mince pies into one half of the ice cream, and the chopped After Eights into the other.
