Lemon drizzle Bundt Using a Bundt tin elevates this classic recipe to the next level. Serves 12 • Prep 10 mins • Cook 40 mins 225g butter, softened, plus extra for greasing225g caster sugar4 medium free-range eggs Zest2 lemons5tbsp whole milk225g self-raising flour1½tsp baking powder For the drizzle: Juice 1 lemon 100g granulated sugar You will need: 22cm Bundt tin, well greased and floured 1 Heat the oven to 160C Fan. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually add the eggs one at a time, beating constantly. Add the lemon zest and milk.
