Stranded: Alien Dawn Made by Haemimont Games, this one’s a survival strategy sim set on a lush yet deadly alien world. The tasks you’d expect to find in the genre can be found here – farming, hunting, managing resources, expanding bases, and researching new tech – but it’s the detail on the planet itself that has us intrigued. Changing weather patterns, and great plains where buffalo-like beasts roam in packs all hint at a living place that existed long before we came along to tinker with it.
