Driving 18,000 miles solo through 25 countries would be an extraordinary feat for anyone, but imagine attempting it with Parkinson's disease. Retired British Army colonel Guy Deacon was diagnosed with the neurological disorder in 2010, but he hasn't let it deter him from pursuing his dream to travel the length of Africa.
