There was a time when the budget stereo amplifier market was bursting at the seams – there was so much choice, so many brands offering truly budget integrateds (we’re talking £200 and under) to suit all home hi-fi needs and systems. It’s a shrinking landscape in these modern times, however, but that doesn’t mean the quality has lessened in any way.
