The start of a new year on our magazine issue dates always causes a mixture of emotions in me. There’s the obvious slightly depressing feeling of fleeting time sprinting on by; but it’s also an opportunity for reflection – for concentrating on what we are all about. And What Hi-Fi? is all about, at the heart of it, music and movies. We provide buying advice on home entertainment kit, the sole purpose of which is to make your listening and viewing as pleasurable and fulfilling an experience as possible – all within a budget, of course.
