There may be newer TV panel tech, but OLED is still a great option. Here are our favourite sets at all sizes

You may find yourself bamboozled by all the different TV tech available these days. But OLED, a dominant player in the premium TV game for a number of years now, isn’t about to go away, and you can get affordably priced OLED sets that provide superb picture performance. Without getting too ‘sciencey,’ with OLED, light can be emitted on a pixel by pixel basis, so a bright white or coloured pixel can appear next to one that is black, or an entirely different colour, with neither impacting the other. This results in exceptional levels of contrast compared with TVs that rely on backlighting.
