I dance and shake my booty! Recently I held a disco club at my house. Twelve women, a bit of food, some awesome tunes, sneakers, no sleazy men, no lines, no cover charge … Just singing and dancing the night away with the girls! It was glorious and so amazing for my heart, my head, my body and my mental health. @yogayourselfhappy Morning pages is a writing practice from Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way. I write three pages of whatever comes up in a mind dump. It clears clutter in the mind, provides clarity and sometimes profound realisations. That and exercise of some form is a show of love to myself. @erinlbourne I swim in ocean rock pools at variable pace and in all sorts of conditions. I paint with no outcome in mind…
