Land Rover het sy jongste Range Rover Sport reeds in Mei vanjaar op skouspelagtige wyse bekend gestel, maar die pryse is eers onlangs bekend gemaak. Op die bekendstelling moes die waaghals Jessica Hawkins teen die oorloopkanaal van die Kárahnjúkardam in Ysland uitjaag met ’n nuwe Range Rover Sport en daarna esse kap in die skeurvallei onder dié dam. “Die krag van die water wat in die oorloop afstroom, was skouspelagtig van die vallei se kant af. Om daarin te ry met die wete dat ’n 90 m-val agter my aan die onderkant van die helling wag, het hierdie die uitdagendste toertjie gemaak wat ek nóg aangepak het.
