THE BEST BAVARIAN TABLE

I have been planning my dream gaming table for years, set during the 1809 Danube campaign in Bavaria: A small river meanders through a hilly battlefield covered in fields, meadows, and a few clusters of trees. One side features a small castle (which always reminds me of Eggmühl Castle!), while on the other side sits a charming village with a church, enclosed churchyard, and cemetery. The battlefield is crisscrossed with small paths between fields and trees, and of course, there are a few small bridges over the river. And no Bavarian scene would be complete without farm animals like cows, sheep, and pigs.…
