To sit alongside these miniatures are dozens, if not hundreds, of rule systems to allow a player to command a brigade, a division, or even a corps. Often the rules are figure agnostic, allowing a gamer the ability to reuse their collection across multiple systems. Muskets and Springfields allows a player to do this while in command of a corps or army. The rules use a card-driven activation system.
