Three countries, two VW events, yet not a single night spent in a Camper so far this year. Are the VWt boys showing their age?

Last month I rambled on about The VolksWorld Show, and how I couldn’t wait for it to start my season with a bang. Now, whilst ‘VoWo’ ’19 was every bit as good as I’d hoped, I confess I actually started the show season a week earlier, with a last-minute road trip to Ninove in Belgium. We ran a piece on our previous 24-hour road trip to the annual ‘Freddy Files’ event in Belgium in Issue 68 (June 2018) but, if you missed that, the gathering includes a tour of the Witkap brewery on the Saturday, followed by a cool vintage VW meet on the streets of Ninove on Sunday.
