The Swamper trend is certainly picking up pace in the UK & Ireland, but it’s taken a while. Unlike other countries, like the USA, there’s not exactly many public places to use off-road vehicles over here. If you’re lucky enough to live in a county where there are public byways, then you may be able to get off the beaten track a little bit to explore, although camping on them is illegal and it’s not like we can just drive off the road and into the wilderness like in other countries. At least there’s a few beaches we can drive them on and they really come in to their own in the winter months.…
