Some food for thought; in the VW van scene in general, starting with when the T4 began to gain popularity, there’s always been a bit of an obsession with colour-coded bumpers, mirrors, handles, etc. In many cases and with many colours, there’s no denying that it improves the appearance of a van and makes it look like it left the factory with a higher spec.
