My VW show season has started, as usual, with Dubs At The Mill

AND SO MY VW show season begins for 2024. It seems ages since my last show which was Dubs In The Valley last September. To be quite honest, seeing as it had rained pretty much every day since my last show, even Dubai was under 6 feet of water in places, I really though this would be one wet & muddy show, and I was glad I would be rocking up to the grass car park with 4WD—just in case. It turns out I need not have worried—amazingly. In the few days before the show the ground had dried up really nicely; no need for Land Rovers on stand- by to pull cars or vans out of car parks or camp sites. And my welly boots stayed in the boot.…
