LAVAL, a very rewarding show

The traditional Model Railway Show organized in Laval by the «Association des modélistes ferroviaires de la Mayenne» was held on 30th September and 1st October 2023.

A fine bunch of volunteers had gathered around a single objective: organizing and hosting a show, and ensuring its full success; this was definitely the case, so congratulations to all of them! Some 40 layouts were present in the large circular hall, in scales ranging from 1/450 to 1/35, together with some 30 actors from the modelling world, retailers, artisans, publishers, manufacturers, etc. The weather was particularly pleasant and the temperatures almost summer-like. More than 3100 paying visitors were in attendance and obviously enjoying themselves. In summary, an excellent show!
