WHEN shop assistant Belinda Springs boarded a plane bound for Malaga, she was looking forward to a week of fun in the sun with her friend Emma Twelves. But after the pair checked into their hotel, Belinda realised with horror that she had forgotten to bring one of her holiday essentials – her liver.
