Palace Announces Stunning Twist

AFTER a rollercoaster few years which have seen illness, death, feuds and unsuccessful podcasts, the Royal Family is planning a stunning new reboot by bringing back one of its most popular characters – the Queen Mum. Since the much-loved veteran’s death in 2002, the Royals have seen a decline in popularity, bottoming out with the Jeffrey Epstein affair when sex allegations were levelled at the Duke of York. But Palace top brass now hope that bringing back the country’s favourite granny will see approval ratings return to their pre-1990s heyday. “Everyone, but everyone, loved the Queen Mum,” said Royal watcher Crompton Jeffries, speaking from a room stuffed with horrible Union Jack souvenirs. “With her radiant smile and her gin and her gambling. And her teeth. I mean, what’s not to love?”…
