☐ TO DECIDE which is best, I wonder if the heads of our biggest churches – the Pope and King Charles – would ever consider settling things in a race? His holiness could set out from the Vatican and head for Buckingham Palace in The Popemobile, while at the same time his majesty could make the reverse journey in his Bentley state limousine. Whoever reached their destination first would win, and their version of Christianity would be declared the best. To make it more exciting, they could each put £50 on the outcome that could go to charity. Perhaps one of your bishop readers could tell me who I contact to set this up?
