The second Elizabethan Age is at an end, and a new Charlesian Age begins

WHEN I HEARD the news that Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Queen of England had died, I wept. I wept and I wept and I wept. I wept real tears. Not like the crocodile tears I wept for celebrities. These were real tears. British tears. Red, white and blue tears. For the Queen was mother to this nation, and we loved her as much – if not even a little bit more – than our own mothers. And when she passed away at the age of (writing this in 2017 so drop age in here) at her beloved (drop in castle or palace where she carked it) a little piece of all of us died with her. Yes, she lived a life of great privilege. A life of influence.…
