Small dog comes out for Trump

IN HIS efforts to regain the White House, former US President DONALD TRUMP has gained an unlikely ally in the shape of a 7-year-old dog from Fulchester. Jock – a boisterous West Highland terrier – is the four-legged friend of local man Watt Tyndall, a well-known face in the town for a variety of reasons. The little pooch first began displaying his support for ‘The Donald’ in March, when the controversial political entertainer’s large orange face started popping-up regularly on BBC news. “It’s comical to see, it really is,” said retired businessman Tyndall, who himself enjoyed a noteworthy political career, when he served as a town councillor during the early 1970s. “The newsreader had just begun talking about Trump’s decisive victory on Super Tuesday, and before I could even punch…
