Lancashire man to sue after glugging on contaminated water

ALANCASHIRE man is taking on his local water company in a landmark legal case which, if ruled in his favour, could open the floodgates and see hundreds of similar cases brought before the courts. EXCLUSIVE Brian Duckpool is claiming that Lancastrian Utilities, who provide water and sewage services across the county, have consistently failed in their duty to provide clean drinking water for locals. And the 53-year-old is now claiming damages of £25,000 to cover loss of earnings after his health suffered as a result of drinking contaminated water.
