Higgs-Boson’s Death Leaves a Black Hole in my Heart.

WHEN I heard about the death of physicist Peter Higgs-Boson, I wept. I wept and I wept and I wept. I wept for so long that I thought I might have to get a doctor’s appointment and get something on prescription to stop me crying. For Higgs-Boson was the man who defined physics for a generation. A noble prize winner, who despite standing only 5’ 9” tall (not sure but not on the net anywhere so doesnt matter), was a giant. A giant of science. A giant of physics. A giant of particle physics.
