Humans are not meant to sit at a desk for eight hours a day, five days a week. But the reality is that we spend more time sitting at our desks than ever before, which, combined with hunching over our cellphone screens when we’re not working, often manifests in chronic back and neck pain, lack of productivity and absenteeism.
