“Things are probably better than they’ve ever been,” he says. For starters, the Transformers actor has several projects due this year, including a starring role in the Netflix western series Ransom Canyon, premiering April 17. He’s also a proud dad to sons Axl, 11 (with ex Fergie), and Shepherd, 13 months (with wife Audra Mari). Still, he says, “I’m trying to stay as young as I can.” That’s why he just helped launch Gatlan Health, a doctor-approved testosterone treatment for men. When and why did you decide to open up about this aspect of your health and wellness? My friends would ask me about it.
For the Duhamel says his character is all longest time, I was like, “Oh, I’m just eating well and working out.” It was bulls**t. Now I’ve decided there’s nothing to be ashamed of. I’m trying to stay as vibrant for as long as I can for both of them!
