“Things are probably better than they’ve ever been,” he says. For starters, the Transformers actor has several projects due this year, including a starring role in the Netflix western series Ransom Canyon, premiering April 17. He’s also a proud dad to sons Axl, 11 (with ex Fergie), and Shepherd, 13 months (with wife Audra Mari). Still, he says, “I’m trying to stay as young as I can.” That’s why he just helped launch Gatlan Health, a doctor-approved testosterone treatment for men. Calling from London, where he’s directing the 2026 movie Preschool, Duhamel tells Us more.
When and why did you decide to open up about this aspect of your health and wellness? My friends would ask me about it.
For the Duhamel says his character is all longest time, I was like, “Oh, I’m just eating well and working out.” It was bulls**t. Now I’ve decided there’s nothing to be ashamed of. Testosterone therapy should be talked about more because it can improve your life. Is having an 11-year-old and a 1-yearold also just exhausting? [Shepherd] started walking months earlier than expected. We had a crash course in home safety just to make sure the place was child-proofed. I’m trying to stay as vibrant for as long as I can for both of them!
