CASARVA ‘NO WELD’ KITS

Casarva Trikes has extended its range of ‘No Weld’ bolt-on trike conversion kits.

It has produced rear end conversions with no welding required for the Triumph Rocket III Roadster and Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide and Super Glide for some time. Now Casarva is able to offer kits for the Honda Valkyrie/F6C 1500, Suzuki Intruder M1800R, Triumph Bonneville America and Harley Sportster 883 belt-drive. These jigged kits have the mounting tubes for the trike cradle already welded to the suspension/diff cradle. “Having the mounting tubes already on saves the DIY builder quite a few headaches,” says Steve Read of Casarva. “You don’t have to worry about centring the cradle to the frame, you don’t have to weld the tubes on yourself (or find someone to do it properly) and you don’t have to worry about calculating the ride height.
