Have you ever noticed how quick the years fly by? The benefit of that is, it’s Rock & Bike Fest time again. With not a lot happening in the area (near Alfreton in Derbyshire) these days, it’s the fest to look forward to. The grounds of Carnfield Hall hosted this year’s mega event again – and once more, it was another fantastic weekend. From Thursday until Sunday lunchtime, the site was buzzing with activities, music, bikes, trikes and a whole host of weird and wonderful people. Thursday evening’s bands consisted of The Mocking Jays, Verbal Warning and Crazy Diamond – a great line up indeed. To top that off, the amazing Dr Feel Good headlined the evening’s shenanigans, quietly followed by Floyd In The Flesh. What a really good Thursday party…
