I’m with Stella Paris at her West London apartment in the living room. Surrounded by beautiful gardens it is a full-of-sunlight place in which one feels relaxed and at peace. The windows are open but there’s no car noise, just birds singing and the wind occasionally blowing - the perfect place to interview her about her life, her book, and her new projects. Although London is her home, Stella has lived in many different countries throughout her life and she’s planning to move ‘permanently’ to Manchester with her two cats in the near future.
