南非Foschini擴張經銷網絡 收購家用品零售商及通路

南非Foschini集團（TFG）表示，已達成協議，以23.5億南非幣（1美元約折合14.78南非幣）收購Tapes­try Home Brands的全部股份。TFG表示，目前正在收購的公司還包括：流行家具零售商 Coricraft、南非知名品牌寢具用品零售商Dial-a-Bed、家用紡織品零售商Volpes，以及寢具零售通路The Bed Store。 Tapestry成立於2005年，在當地製造產品占銷售額的47％，員工總數約2,500人，製造工廠位在開普敦、約翰尼斯堡及Gqeberha等地。Tapes­try在南非、納米比亞及波札那營運175家門市。 收購Tapestry Home Brands的交易符合TFG在關鍵產品垂直整合的策略，以及快速響應當地製造能力的持續發展，還可進一步利用兩家企業的製造及採購能力，減少進口商品並持續發展當地採購。另外，將擴大TFG目前的家具品牌@home業務，在中高端領域提供優質的居家紡織品、廚具、裝飾及家具。 收購完成後，TFG將擁有9個居家消費品牌（@home、@homeliving­space、Jet Home、Coricraft、Volpes、Dial-a-Bed、The Bed Store、Granny Goose及Biggie Best）以及4家垂直整合工廠，產品包括床墊、軟墊家具、家用紡織品、羽絨被及枕頭。 這次的收購是TFG擴張經銷網絡，以及家具交付和組裝服務的最後一里路。…
