ESG啟動 泰國大型企業領頭向前行

ESG投資推動各產業開始關注是否履行環境責任、社會責任及社會治理責任。泰國已有13家大型企業通過可持續發展指數評估入選DJSI World，25家泰國公司入選DJSI Emerging Markets。

自2004年聯合國全球契約組織（UN Global Compact）首次提出ESG概念以來，ESG原則逐漸受到各國政府和監管部門的重視，ESG投資也逐漸得到主流資產管理機構的青睞，從歐美走向了全球。 設立ESG基金 投資上市公司 在ESG浪潮席捲全球之際，亞太地區作為全球經濟重要一環也備受關注，成為推動ESG機會最豐富的地區之一。儘管亞太地區的企業和投資者優先考慮ESG的「E」，但卻無法忽視公司治理和投資數據所披露的重要性。 未來幾年，亞太企業明顯落後的領域，特別是董事會和員工的多樣性、獨立董事在公司董事會的代表性及對可持續性問題的透明治理會更加被高度關注。 泰國政府養老基金（GPF）推出針對本地股票和債券的ESG評分工具， 用於篩選所有基金投資。2018年GPF設立了一個價值約10億泰銖（約3,315萬美元）的投資組合，用於投資泰國可持續投資清單（THSI）的33家上市公司，是泰國第一支ESG基金。…
