俄烏戰爭引爆通膨 阿根廷能源短缺原物料上漲

據媒體報導，阿根廷國家統計局（INDEC）公布2022年2月消費者物價指數（IPC）為4.7％，1至2月累計為8.8％，專家表示，儘管俄烏戰爭顯然會提高阿國通貨膨脹率，但商品價格上漲情況已持續數月，政府卻未能及時抑制通膨。 據Abeceb顧問公司經濟學家Sole­dad Pérez Duhalde表示，俄烏戰爭造成全球原物料價格上漲，因為俄羅斯生產農產品及化肥，會影響糧食價格及生產大宗穀物的成本；同時，也將衝擊建築業，一方面俄國是全球鋁主要生產國之一，另一方面建築業是高耗能產業，能源短缺也將影響投入，例如自2月起，液化天然氣每100萬BTU報價從15美元上漲到38.3美元，建築成本指數（ICC）的漲幅遠超過IPC。 阿根廷建築商會（Camarco）會長Gustavo Weiss表示，俄烏開戰不僅造成所生產產品的國際供應短缺，還波及所有與能源相關產品，包括鋁、鐵、石油等價格均上漲，及其他經濟產業成本，例如：不銹鋼及水泵設備的進口、所有與衛生工程相關的產品。Abeceb顧問公司表示，汽車或家用電器等產業所需的零件價格也上漲。…
