俄烏危機衝擊經濟 約旦研擬整體因應措施

據《約旦時報》報導，安曼商業總會（ACC）主席Khaleel Al Haj Tawfiq指出，俄羅斯與烏克蘭危機將重塑全球經濟，預計將對約旦經濟產生長期的負面影響；俄羅斯和烏克蘭之間的危機推升天然氣、石油及小麥價格。 目前全球危機的影響還未襲擊約旦，但國際小麥價格已從每公噸300美元上漲到470美元，約旦政府承諾穩定市場上麵粉及麵包的價格。俄羅斯與烏克蘭生產全球植物油庫存近60％，而約旦僅從俄羅斯及烏克蘭進口植物油，如果危機擴大，須有進口替代品的準備措施；目前約旦有足夠的基本民生商品供應與庫存。 經濟學家Wajdi Makhamreh表示，新冠病毒肺炎疫情引起物價上漲後，全球都出現通貨膨脹；全球油價上漲被認為對約旦具有中長期影響。經濟學家Khaled Salameh則指出，大多數歐洲國家嚴重依賴俄羅斯的天然氣，將導致歐洲產品的製造成本增加；俄羅斯與烏克蘭也是全球最大的小麥生產國，將對全球經濟市場產生巨大影響。 約旦經濟暨社會委員會（ESC）主席Mousa Shteiwi指出，專家建議更換供應來源、實現能源多樣化，以及加強工商部門合作，維持經濟部門與糧食安全網絡的融資方案，以緩解損失。另約旦農業部官員Mahmoud Ra­baya指出，約旦從俄羅斯及烏克蘭進口的穀物及石油占比不到7％，影響有限。…
