柬埔寨攜手歐洲商會 加強成衣業促進對歐盟出口
柬埔寨成衣製造協會(GMAC)與歐洲商會(Euro Cham)建立合作夥伴關係,為成衣業的互惠互利展開合作;成衣業是柬國出口前景最光明的行業。柬埔寨成衣製造協會會長Kong Sang與歐洲商會主席Tassilo Brinzer於2022年3月16日簽署合作協議。 Sang表示,歐盟是柬埔寨的主要貿易與投資夥伴之一,柬國需要進一步增強競爭力,透過出口成長實現經濟利益最大化。兩商會的合作將加強柬埔寨的成衣業,尤其是促進柬國對歐盟市場的出口。 Brinzer則表示,歐洲商會代表歐洲主要服裝品牌的完美組合,在柬埔寨的服裝與製造業、當地中小型企業、工廠及服務業(如專注於服裝及出口業的審計公司和航運公司)中發揮著關鍵作用。企業的聯合將使歐洲成為一個更大的市場,能夠永續促進行業及利益,擁有更大的產量、更高的專業性及更優質的產品。 Brinzer認為,歐商在柬國的經營模式對柬埔寨經濟有利,採用供應鏈及歐盟勞動法等新舉措對於增加柬埔寨的出口機會也很重要。Sang則表示,大部分成功與良好的出口成長仍歸功於歐盟給予柬埔寨輸歐優惠待遇,因為柬埔寨仍然是低度開發國家。 2021年柬埔寨與歐盟雙邊貿易金額達45億美元,年成長4.6%;其中柬國服裝出口22億700萬美元、鞋類3億8,300萬美元、旅行用品9,300萬美元,合計26億8,300萬美元,約占雙邊貿易總額的60%。…
