沙烏地投資部與Amazon合作 協助中小企業多元化發展

據報導，沙烏地投資部（Ministry of In­vestment）與電商巨擘Amazon沙烏地分公司已於2022年3月19日簽署合作備忘錄，共同協助中小企業透過電商成長及創造就業。雙方將成立聯合委員會，每月集會2次，針對線上購物及電子支付相關技術、科技、基礎建設、支援服務等方面推動革新，並與相關公部門合作實施獎勵計畫，以加速數位服務及電商投資成長。 部長Khalid Al-Falih表示，政府積極推動與Amazon等國際大型企業合作，盼將投資、最新科技、經商成功經驗引入沙國企業，以加強多元化經濟發展。 Amazon則看好中東暨北非地區國家對於電商、科技與數位等產業發展及培養相關人才的需求，之前已宣布將針對這些國家的失業及非充分就業人士提供免費雲端運算訓練計畫，首先鎖定埃及、黎巴嫩、突尼西亞等國實施，之後再擴展到其他國家。計畫名稱是AWS re/Start，由Amazon網絡服務事業（Amazon Web Services，簡稱AWS）負責執行，完整訓練課程為期12週，參與者將學習入門階級的雲端運算功能並獲得職涯輔導。 媒體指出，該區國家中以沙烏地阿拉伯及阿拉伯聯合大公國最積極推動數位及科技產業發展，且市場規模為區域內最大，政府並已推出相關政策，區域內其他國家都希望仿效相關成功經驗。…
