Some people watch shows an episode at a time, while others dive in for hours on end.

You sit down to watch a streaming TV show that really grabs your attention. Just one more episode, you think…and before you know it, hours have gone by and your eyes are still glued to the screen. This is a phenomenon known as binge-watching. Streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ make it possible to watch several episodes back-to-back, whether it’s an old show with many seasons or a new show that releases all of its episodes at once.
