The Curse of Bridge Hollow (2022) Netflix This new Halloween movie blends comedy with light horror. It follows Emily and Howard Gordon and their 14-year-old daughter Sydney, who have just moved from Brooklyn, New York, to the small town of Bridge Hollow. The town goes all out for Halloween, which is bad news for Howard, who doesn’t like the holiday. Sydney, however, loves it, and she is excited when she learns that their new house may be haunted by a witch named Madam Hawthorne. While searching for the ghost, Sydney finds an old lantern and lights it. She accidentally activates a curse that allows an evil spirit to bring spooky Halloween decorations to life.
