Exciting matches in college volleyball

The 2022–2023 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) women’s volleyball season is underway. Recently, there were thrilling matchups between some of the top-ranked Division One teams in the country. On October 19, the University of Texas, the number one team, played Iowa State University. Texas came to the match with a 14–0 record, but in a shocking upset, Iowa State handed the Longhorns their first loss of the season. Both teams played well, with Texas winning the first and third set and Iowa State winning the second and fourth, so the match came down to a winner-take-all fifth set.
