This week we are getting ready for Thanksgiving by offering ideas for making the holiday extra special (p24). During dinner, for example, many families have a tradition of taking turns saying what they are grateful for. Other options for showing your appreciation on the holiday (or anytime!) are taking a gratitude walk and putting up a gratitude wall. Or you may have your own ideas for ways to express your thanks. No matter how you do it, you’ll be making others (and yourself!) feel more joyful. This year I have so much to be thankful for, including a loving family and wonderful friends.
