WOMEN’S COLLEGE BASKETBALL On November 15, the University of Connecticut (UConn) beat the University of North Carolina, 69–58. UConn’s Paige Bueckers had 29 points, and it was coach Geno Auriemma’s 1,216th career win, tying him for the most of any head coach in men’s or women’s Division 1 basketball. Two days later, the University of South Carolina defeated East Carolina University, 95–44, for their 42nd straight victory. NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE On November 17, the Buffalo Bills beat the Kansas City Chiefs, 30–21, handing the Chiefs their first loss of the season. In the fourth quarter, Bills quarterback Josh Allen ran for a 26-yard touchdown to help seal the win.
