A week of exciting moments in the NBA

The NBA (National Basketball Association) season is in full swing. Recently, there were several memorable and historic moments. One team that has gotten off to a dominant start is the Cleveland Cavaliers. On November 17, they improved their record to 15–0 after a 128–114 win over the Charlotte Hornets. With the victory, they tied the 1993–1994 Houston Rockets for the second-longest winning streak to begin an NBA season. November 13 was a big night for three of the NBA’s star players. In a game where the San Antonio Spurs beat the Washington Wizards, 139–130, Spurs center Victor Wembanyama, age 20 and the number one overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft, scored a career-high 50 points.
