Dog walking by the dozens

Thanks to dogged determination, Mitchell Rudy of Canada has claimed a Guinness World Records title. Rudy walked 38 rescue dogs at one time to break the record for the most dogs walked simultaneously by an individual. To qualify, Rudy had to walk for about a half mile while holding the dogs on leashes. He was inspired by a desire to increase adoptions. “We wanted to do something that made these dogs be the champions that they are,” he said. “They’re great animals, they deserve a good home, they just need a little bit of love.”…
