Ingredients • Olive oil• 4 cups water• 2 cups chickpea flour• 1 teaspoon salt, plus more for seasoning• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste• 1 tablespoon butter• Dipping sauce, for serving (optional)• Lemon wedges, for serving (optional) Instructions 1.
