GROUPED TOGETHER “Quintet” is a word used to describe a group of five people. It is often applied to a musical group (like the boy band quintet *NSYNC, left). Quintet comes from the Italian word quintetto. MONEY MATTERS US President Abraham Lincoln is featured on the $5 bill as a tribute to his leadership during the Civil War (1861–1865), one of the most significant events in US history.
